This work tries to capture the essence of Shenzhen, where architecture and ocean intertwine. The city’s skyline, a canvas of innovation, reflects its rapid evolution. In the meantime, as a coastal hub, the city thrives in its dynamic environment to become a global marine center.

By blending my photographs of urban landscapes and coastlines taken in Shenzhen with AI-generated content, I aim at creating moving images that transform reality into abstract forms. Some images are rendered as character-based digital art(ASCII), echoing the city’s identity as a tech epicenter. This invites viewers to explore the delicate interplay between technology and the environment, revealing the beauty of fluidity and diversity in this vibrant city.
